Return and Cancellation Policy
Content: Right of Withdrawal and Return You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent with its invoice.
Return Process Notify your return request to yildizezgi10@gmail.com. After your request is approved, send the product by cargo. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after the product reaches us.
Cancellation If your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit your cancellation request.
