This agreement is made between Siyah Güneş ("Seller") and the buyer ("Customer"), within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Subject: This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Customer electronically through the Seller's website.
2. Product Information: The basic features and prices of the products are available on the website.
3. Payment: The Customer makes payment using the payment method chosen when completing their order.
4. Delivery: Products are delivered within a maximum of 30 business days from the order confirmation date.
5. Right of Withdrawal: The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date they receive the product.
